UK Orders
All wigs within the UK are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery, with an expected delivery time of the next working day. A signature is required upon arrival.
International Orders
Wigs shipped outside the UK are sent via an international courier, with delivery times typically ranging between 3-7 days, depending on the destination. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the country.
Important Information for International Customers
Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT), and other customs fees once the shipment reaches your country.
• Wig and Weaves by Hediye Garcia is not responsible for these additional charges if they are applied.
• We strongly advise checking with your local customs office to understand any potential fees before placing your order.

Ready-to-Ship Wigs
If you change your mind and wish to return your ready-to-ship wig, you must contact us within 5 working days of receiving your order. The unit must be returned in its original, unused condition (lace must not be cut) along with all included items.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Once received, the item will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, a refund will be issued minus a 10% restocking fee of the original item cost.
Wigs from Our Collections
Wigs from our collections are made to order and considered custom-made items. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges on these products.
Custom Wigs
Due to the personalized nature of custom wigs, all custom wig sales are final, and they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Quality Guarantee
We take pride in our craftsmanship. If your wig arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it. We will review your concern and work with you to find a resolution.

- We do not return or exchange any of our hair care products (including shampoo/conditioners), accessories, or headwear.
- If you contact us prior to a piece shipping out for a cancellation or change in order done by mistake you are subject to a 5% Cancellation/Change fee.
- If you do not use a promotional code (sale codes/brand ambassador codes/first time customer codes) we will be unable to apply after the purchase. We cannot apply after the purchase order has been completed and payment accepted.
